Passenger groups of up to 8 persons are welcome to take the trip on motorboat at Neris River.
The small motorboat is comfortable and easier to maneuver than our great boat “RYGA” so it runs faster.
Motorboat trip route and duration
The boat is able to sail down the river by the Vingis Park (lith. Vingio parkas) or even further – there are no strict limitations of water route. Navigating up the river there is a very popular destination point to the Verkiai Palace (lith. Verkių Rūmai) where usually the boat stops and passengers can have a quick journey up the hill to see the beautiful panorama of Verkiai Regional Park from above as well with a view to the corner of the city.
There are also couple of restaurants there – the first is located up on the hill in the Verkiai Palace and the second is located by the confluence of two rivers on the watermill.
Also there are two public beaches of Valakampiai including recreational facilities, volleyball field, a restaurant.
Your trip on motorboat has no strict time framing – it’s exceptional service that can be hired for as long as you desire.
The wharf or dock is not necessary so the motorboat can drop and pick up the passengers from anywhere or stop by wherever you wish.
Private motorboat boat can turn around at any place where you request to stop.
It`s possible to extend the duration of your trip for a longer period of time than agreed if there are no reservations booked for the later time.
The motorboat is available seven days a week from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
The minimum number of passengers must reach a group of at least three (3) adults in order to run a trip.
One-hour-long motorboat river trip prices
- €12.00 for adults
- €6.00 for children (ages of 5-15 years old)
- Children of age 5 and under ride free
- Travel agencies holding a permanent partnership contract get a 10% discount
The wharf is located near the King Mindaugas Bridge (lith. Karaliaus Mindaugo tiltas) which is in walking distance from the Cathedral Square.
