The passenger boat “RYGA” has been sailing on the Neris River in Vilnius since May 8, 2025. The boat meets passengers at the King Mindaugas Pier, below Gediminas Castle. Vilnius residents and guests of the Lithuanian capital will be transported on regular trips during the season on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays at 12:00, 15:00 and 18:00), on weekdays passengers are welcome at the BARTA pier, on the Neris embankment. Registration is required in advance, after reserving a sailing time by phone or e-mail.

Sailing on the passenger and pleasure boat “RYGA” – great entertainment for city residents, guests of the Capital, tourist groups. For those who love entertainment, a 1-hour trip along the Neris River with friends or children provides new experiences, allowing you to enjoy the wonderful views of the expanded center of Vilnius, chat with other entertainers, and enjoy the unique panorama of Vilnius and nature.
Passengers are transported along a regular entertainment route: the boat goes upriver to the Žirmūnai Bridge, after which it turns around and heads to the “FORUM PALACE”. After turning around, it returns to the pier via the Baltai and Žaliai bridges. The duration of the entertainment-cognitive trip, depending on weather conditions and water level in the river, takes 50-55 minutes. If there are a sufficient number of people who want to have fun (at least 10 adult passengers), the boat runs every hour.
The weather is expected to be warmer this weekend, but we recommend that you prepare spring clothes and be ready for fun and safe swimming on the Neris River.
